This is a good introduction to felting for those just looking to get started and a fun day for those who have some experience but want to expand their needle-felting and wet-felting skills. We will be making flat items of use or just beauty. Using a needle-felting tool is a bit like using a paint brush, but more forgiving, and no experience is necessary. After needle felting, wet felting will bind all the fibers together to create a durable material that can be used in countless ways. We will also play with making pre-felts that can be cut up and used as a design element. The colors and the options are endless.
